一、前言我厂压缩机壳体、壳盖的磷化是一道重要的前处理工序,磷化质量的好坏直接关系到压缩机静电喷漆的质量。原来使用的磷化液是锌系、锰系配方,存在着磷化膜结晶粗大,沉淀物多等缺点,影响了漆膜的结合力,使漆膜耐冲击性能差,又增加了漆的消耗量。我厂于今年年初将y836高效、低渣磷化液应用于压缩机壳体、壳盖的磷化处理。现将y836中温磷化工艺简介如下。
