随着“一带一路”重大倡议的提出,为了积极响应“走出去”的发展战略方针,于2012年2月起,中国中铁二局新运公司正式进军埃塞俄比亚的铁路市场承担了40多个亿的埃塞俄比亚铁路工程,包括轻轨建设、运营以及国铁(亚吉铁路)施工、运营。海外项目实施与国内环境有着巨大的差异,而且埃塞俄比亚国家在气候、安全、交通、物资等等方面都有不可确定的因素发生。因此,笔者认为加强对海外项目开展“连心工程”的研究迫在眉睫,本文对海外项目开展“连心工程”的现状以及面临的问题进行了分析,并提出加强海外项目开展“连心工程”的具体做法,旨在能够为海外施工团队提供更加可靠的保障,让“一带一路”走得更好。
