A few days ago, when I was chatting with a security guard, I heard a meaningful remark: “The security guard should always listen to scolding and do not listen to cries!” The security cadre always pays close attention to security and acts according to the rules and regulations. Ding is Ding, Mao is Mao, who violate the safety regulations will be handled according to the rules, no ambiguity. This “iron fist” style has naturally offended some people. To this end, he did not scold too much. In this regard, he frankly said his own voice: scolded is not good, but I would rather hear the sad cry after the accident.
