目的 观察运脾中药对小儿厌食症大鼠模型中枢和外周β 内啡肽的调节作用。 方法 用临床有效运脾中药儿宝颗粒灌胃 3周 ,然后用放免法测定大鼠下丘脑、垂体、胃窦部及外周血中β 内啡肽的含量。 结果 模型动物外周 β 内啡肽含量明显减少 (P <0 0 5) ,中枢含量无显著变化 ;大小剂量治疗组血浆β 内啡肽含量恢复正常 ,大剂量组下丘脑、垂体和胃窦部β 内啡肽含量均显著增加 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 运脾中药能促进厌食大鼠中枢和外周 β 内啡肽的合成分泌 ,这一效应可能是运脾中药增加模型大鼠摄食的作用机理之一
Objective To observe the regulation of central and peripheral β-endorphin in a rat model of anorexia nervosa. METHODS: The clinically effective operation of spleen-enriching medicine, Baobao Granules, was given for 3 weeks, and then the contents of β-endorphin in the hypothalamus, pituitary, gastric antrum and peripheral blood were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The content of β-endorphin in the peripheral blood of the model animals was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and there was no significant change in the central content. The plasma β-endorphin content returned to normal in the large-dose group, and the hypothalamus, pituitary and gastric antrum in the high-dose group. Endorphin content increased significantly (P < 0 01). Conclusion Spleen-invigorating herbs can promote the synthesis and secretion of central and peripheral β-endorphin in rats with anorexia. This effect may be one of the mechanisms by which the Chinese herbs for spleen increase food intake in model rats.
