本文采用(0,1)规划法对具有矩形或T形截面的钢筋混凝上梁进行优化设计。为了符合工程设计要求,截面尺寸采用整型的离散变量,取梁的总造价为目标函数,约束条件包括强度、裂缝扩展宽度、挠度、配筋率、尺寸及其它规范要求。在求得梁的最优尺寸及相应的配筋量之后,再根据设计知识和优化理论建立起钢筋混凝土梁自动优化选筋的优化模型,然后按照(0,1)规划法进行优化选筋。文末的几个例题充分说明了本文方法的有效性和可靠性。
This paper adopts (0,1) planning method to optimize the design of reinforced concrete upper beam with rectangular or T-shaped cross section. In order to meet the engineering design requirements, the cross-sectional dimensions adopt discrete variables of integral type and the total cost of the beam is taken as the objective function. The constraints include strength, crack extension width, deflection, reinforcement ratio, size, and other specification requirements. After obtaining the optimal size of the beam and the corresponding amount of reinforcement, an optimization model for automatically optimizing the selection of reinforcement for the reinforced concrete beam was established based on the design knowledge and optimization theory, and then the optimization was performed according to the (0,1) planning method. Several examples at the end of the paper fully illustrate the effectiveness and reliability of this method.
