家族企业在世界企业中的地位以及对经济的巨大贡献已经是毋庸置疑的。著名的洛克菲勒、杜邦、迪士尼等企业都是其中的典型代表。现阶段打破其“富不过三代”的魔咒,让家族企业更好地发展、传承下去是国内外学者最关心的问题,正如Ivan Lansberg先生在《家业永续——家族企业如何成功地完成代际传承》中说的“家族企业最大的问题就是事业的传承谁与为续”[1]。为了更明晰家族企业现有的研究进展,本文从概念的界定、研究进程以及影响因素三个方面对国内外家族企业代际传承的相关理论及研究进行了一个系统梳理和总结。
The status of family-owned enterprises in the world’s enterprises and the enormous contribution they make to the economy is beyond doubt. The famous Rockefeller, DuPont, Disney and other enterprises are one of the typical representatives. At this stage to break its “rich but three generations,” the curse, so that better development of family business, heritage is the most concerned about the scholars at home and abroad, as Mr. Ivan Lansberg in the “sustainable family business - how successful family business To complete the intergenerational inheritance ”in the“ family business ”is the biggest problem inheritance and succession of business" [1]. In order to clarify the existing research progress of family-owned enterprises, this article systematically reviews and summarizes the relevant theories and researches on the intergenerational inheritance of family-owned enterprises at home and abroad from three aspects: concept definition, research process and influencing factors.
