以3D模型加工为实例,阐述了利用Cimatron E软件中的加工模板的功能,进行刀路轨迹的参数设定和加工程序的直接应用。这是基于知识工程的一种。特别是应用于加工类似零件时,让高级的熟练编程工程师设置一定的加工模板,而不是很熟练的工程师可以调用模板进行操作。而Cimatron E的用户也可以根据本单位的类似零件,模具等加工工件的特点,在建立曲面形状零件的加工操作后,自己定制加工模板,以提高本单位工程师的加工编程操作的工作效率。
Taking the 3D model machining as an example, this paper expounds the use of the machining template in Cimatron E software to set the parameters of the toolpath and the direct application of the machining program. This is based on a kind of knowledge engineering. Especially when it is used to process similar parts, let a senior skilled programming engineer set a certain processing template, rather than a very skilled engineer can call the template to operate. Users of Cimatron E can also customize their own machining templates after creating the machining operations of the surface shape parts according to the characteristics of the machining parts such as the similar parts and molds of the unit, so as to improve the working efficiency of machining and programming operations of the unit engineers.
