稀土催化剂是净化汽车尾气的关键材料,本研究以沸石为主,掺入一定量的拟薄水铝石制备载体,选择RMxM″1-xOy为活性组分,制备催化剂。测定了比表面积和强度,用XRD、扫描电镜对催化剂结构、活性组分元素分布,表观特性进行了研究。该催化剂是稀土复合氧化物,以RO2为骨架的固溶体,活性组分沿催化剂径向分布梯度小,活性组分分布均匀。通过台架试验、工况法试验和道路整车试验,对汽车排气有害物质CO、HC净化效果极其显著,同时对NOx有一定净化作用。
Rare earth catalyst is the key material to purify automobile exhaust gas. In this research, zeolite is the main carrier, and a certain amount of pseudo-boehmite is prepared as carrier. RMxM "1-xOy is selected as active component to prepare catalyst. The specific surface area and strength , The structure of the catalyst, the elemental distribution of the active components and the apparent properties were investigated by XRD and SEM.The catalysts were rare earth complex oxides with RO2 as the solid solution, the active components distributed along the radial direction of the catalyst with small gradient and the activity Components are evenly distributed.Through bench test, working condition test and road vehicle test, the purifying effect of CO and HC on harmful substances of automobile exhaust is extremely remarkable, meanwhile it has a certain purifying effect on NOx.
