目的:研究GRIM-19及其靶基因产物STAT3在膀胱癌组织中的表达情况及其相关性。方法:采用Westernblot方法分别检测50例膀胱癌患者膀胱癌、癌旁组织及正常膀胱组织中GRIM-19及其靶基因产物STAT3的表达情况。结果:显示GRIM-19、STAT3膀胱癌、癌旁组织中的表达与正常膀胱组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),膀胱癌、癌旁组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GRIM-19、STAT3膀胱癌、癌旁组织中的表达呈负相关。结论:GRIM-19、STAT3在膀胱癌、癌旁组织及正常膀胱组织均表达,二者表达在膀胱癌、癌旁组织及正常膀胱组织中有差异,GRIM-19、STAT3可以作为膀胱癌的早期诊断及判定预后的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of GRIM-19 and its target gene product STAT3 in bladder cancer and its correlation. Methods: The expression of GRIM-19 and its target gene STAT3 in bladder cancer tissue, adjacent non-cancerous tissue and normal bladder tissue were detected by Western blot in 50 cases of bladder cancer. Results: The expression of GRIM-19, STAT3 in bladder cancer and paracancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in normal bladder tissues (P <0.01), while there was significant difference between bladder cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). GRIM-19, STAT3 bladder cancer, paracancerous tissue was negatively correlated. CONCLUSIONS: GRIM-19 and STAT3 are expressed in bladder cancer, paracancerous tissues and normal bladder tissues. The expressions of GRIM-19 and STAT3 are different in bladder cancer tissues, paracancer tissues and normal bladder tissues. GRIM-19 and STAT3 can be used as early stage of bladder cancer Diagnosis and prognosis indicators.
