耕读小学开设复式班,搞好复式教学,提高教学质量,是关系到巩固学校,教好贫下中农子女的大问题。耕读小学和全日制小学不同,在同一个班里,学生往往由于年龄、文化知识基础、生活经验和劳动负担不同,程度相差很大。耕读小学必须根据这些特点,因人施教,实行分组复式教学。我县东台公社四塘四队耕读小学,有三十个学生,他们用的是一册、二册、三册三种耕读小学课本,教师把三十个学生分了五个组:读一册的分两组,一组是今年春天入学的进度快些,一组是
