解列是电力系统在受到大干扰、系统完整性无法保持的情况下将系统分解成几个孤岛的控制。基于在线信息做可行性判断,是实施解列控制的决策前提。从解列控制的主要目标隔离异步机群出发,分析影响解列可行性的众多约束,指出同调约束是其中最关键约束。在阐明电力系统机群失稳机理之后指出,只有那些有显著机群模式、机群之间存在弱连接的电力系统,才是适合解列的系统。据此,提出基于特征分析的解列可行性判断方法,给出解列可行的3个必要条件,通过对若干典型系统的仿真计算,证明方法的有效性。
Disaggregation is the control of a power system that breaks down the system into several islands under conditions of large disturbances and system integrity that can not be maintained. Feasibility judgment based on online information is the prerequisite for implementing de-listing control. Starting from the main objective of de-listing control to isolate asynchronous machines, the paper analyzes many constraints that affect the feasibility of de-listing. It is pointed out that co-adjustment constraints are the most critical constraints. After clarifying the instability mechanism of power system cluster, it is pointed out that only those power systems with obvious cluster mode and weak connection between clusters are suitable for the system. Based on this, three methods are proposed to solve the feasibility of the solution based on the characteristic analysis. Three necessary conditions for the solution are given. The simulation results show that the method is effective.
