目的 探讨建立大鼠慢性支气管炎形成过程模型及进行病理变化半定量分析的方法。方法 混合烟雾吸入法建立慢性支气管炎形成的系列发展模型;HE常规染色观察不同阶段的病理形态学改变并进行半定量评分。结果 在慢性支气管炎形成过程中,气道病理变化呈逐渐加重过程,至第7周出现慢性支气管炎典型病理变化。结论 混合烟雾吸入法致大鼠慢性支气管炎模型是用于研究慢性支气管炎炎症发生发展的简便、可靠的模型;半定量分析的形态学评价为研究慢性支气管炎炎症机制及治疗提供了更客观的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of chronic bronchitis and semi-quantitative analysis of pathological changes in rats. Methods A series of developmental models of chronic bronchitis were established by mixed smoke inhalation. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes at different stages and semi-quantitative scores were obtained. Results In the process of chronic bronchitis, the airway pathological changes gradually aggravated, and the typical pathological changes of chronic bronchitis occurred in the seventh week. Conclusion The model of chronic bronchitis caused by inhalation of smoke in mice is a simple and reliable model for studying the occurrence and development of chronic bronchitis. The morphological evaluation of semi-quantitative analysis provides more objective and objective evidence for studying the mechanism and treatment of chronic bronchitis method.
