目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定山楂提取物中芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素的含量。方法:采用Phen-omsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温30℃。结果:芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素的进样量分别在0.0900~0.900、0.1077~1.077、0.03405~0.3405μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率(n=6)均在95.9%~101.6%,RSD均小于2.1%。结论:本法可为山楂提取物的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of rutin, hyperoside and quercetin in hawthorn extract. METHODS: Phen-omsil-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Temperature 30 ℃. Results: The injection volume of rutin, hyperoside and quercetin showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.0900-0.900, 0.1077-1.077 and 0.03405-0.3405μg, respectively. The recovery of sample (n = 6) were 95.9% ~ 101.6%, RSD were less than 2.1%. Conclusion: This method can provide reference for the quality control of hawthorn extract.
