过敏性紫癜是以全身广泛性血管炎为主要病理改变的常见疾病,主要累及皮肤、关节、消化道和肾脏,本病多发生于学龄期儿童。其发病机制尚不能完全阐明,感染、食物、药物、花粉及虫咬均是其致敏因素,使具有敏感体质的患儿产生变态反应。随着环境及饮食习惯的不断改变,近年来患儿此病发病率呈逐年增加趋势,且愈后易反复发作,严重者可造成不同程度的肾脏损害,甚或出现中枢神经系统、消化系统等并发症,逐渐被广大医护人员和家长重[1]
