针对CCBⅡ制动机模块化、层次化和网络化的设计特点,提出了一种基于多层次评估体系和模糊评估方法的制动机状态监控系统;给出了状态监控系统的结构框图,对其中各个部分的设计特点和功能进行了简单的介绍,阐述了多层次评估体系中因素集、安全等级集及其判据的设计方法,重点推导了多层次模糊评估方法中基于权重集的判断矩阵、隶属度矩阵和基于加权平均模型的多级模糊综合评估矩阵等关键技术,最终得到制动机的整体性能评估结果;实际应用结果表明,该系统很好地适应了CCBⅡ制动机动态性模糊性的特点,对机务检修工作起到了科学指导作用。
In view of the modular, hierarchical and networked design features of CCBⅡbrake, a brake condition monitoring system based on multi-level evaluation system and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed. The block diagram of condition monitoring system is given, The design features and functions of each part are briefly introduced. The design method of factor set, safety rating set and its criterion in multi-level evaluation system is expounded. The judgment matrix based on weight set in multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is mainly deduced. Membership degree matrix and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix based on weighted average model, and finally get the overall performance evaluation results of the brake system. The practical application shows that the system is well adapted to the dynamic ambiguity of the CCB Ⅱ brake The characteristics of the maintenance work has played a scientific guidance.
