目的：探讨序贯培养及囊胚移植的意义及应用情况。方法：用ＰＩ、ＢＭ系列培养液＋１０％母体血清进行序贯培养及囊胚移植，统计受精率、卵裂率、囊胚获得率、妊娠率及单胚种植率。结果：序贯培养获得了较为可观的囊胚率、妊娠率及单胚种植率。结论：ＰＩ、ＢＭ是一种条件适宜的培养液，序贯培养及囊胚移植方法是安全有效的。
Objective: To explore the significance of sequential culture and blastocyst transplantation and its application. Methods: Sequential culture and blastocyst transplantation were performed with PI and BM series culture medium + 10% maternal serum. The fertilization rate, cleavage rate, blastocyst yield, pregnancy rate and single embryo implantation rate were calculated. Results: The blastocyst rate, pregnancy rate and single embryo implantation rate were significantly improved after sequential culture. Conclusion: PI and BM are suitable culture media. Sequential culture and blastocyst transplantation are safe and effective.
