铸工车间的造型工部、坭芯工部均需新砂。目前我们在设计中采用的储存运输方案主要有两种:一种是以桥式抓斗起重机为主要运输工具的平面料仓;另一种是以斗式提升机、带式输送机为主要运输工具的高筒仓。我院自1969年以来规划设计的高筒仓使用情况正常。但这两种方案各有特点,现结合具体事例来谈一下这两种方案的优缺点,以供有关同志在选用方案时参考。某铸工车间需两种新砂,一种用于造型线,为湿新砂,年需要量为29000t;另一种为干新砂,用于坭芯工部,年需要量为19000t。两种新砂年需要量共48000t,储存周期为两个月。新砂储存运输系统的设计储存能力为8000t,烘干能力为15t/h。高筒仓储存运输方案如图1所示,共有八个筒

The new sand storage and transportation system has a designed storage capacity of 8,000 tons and a drying capacity of 15 tons per hour.
