采用QSH -0 1催化剂对兰炼烷基化原料进行了选择加氢基本条件试验。试验结果表明 ,在反应压力1.4～ 2 .0MPa ,反应器入口温度 5 0～ 70℃ ,空速 3～ 5h- 1 ,氢气与双烯烃的摩尔比为 2 .0～ 4.0的工艺条件下 ,能够达到产品中残余双烯烃含量≤ 0 .3g/kg及单烯烃收率≥ 10 0 %的质量要求。
