本文研究用微处理机系统对点焊过程实现控制,主要有:①根据输入电流百分比(Ⅰ%)及功率因数角φ计算出控制角α,实现功率因数自动补偿及线电压自动补偿;②计算机程序保证严格的规范时间定时;③实行多参数、多程序的自动焊接规范,具有可调的电流上升和下降加热过程;④对焊接压力和可控硅的工作实行监控。试验表明,本控制系统能较满意地解决焊接质量问题。文中着重论述了控制器的功能、原理、实现方法以及软件的结构特点等。
In this paper, the microprocessor system to control the spot welding process, are: ① According to the input current percentage (Ⅰ%) and the power factor angle φ calculated control angle α, to achieve automatic compensation of power factor and line voltage automatic compensation; ② computer Procedures to ensure strict time and standardize the time; ③ the implementation of multi-parameter, multi-program automatic welding specifications, with adjustable current rise and fall heating process; ④ on the welding pressure and control the implementation of the control of silicon. The experiment shows that the control system can solve the welding quality problem satisfactorily. This article focuses on the controller’s functions, principles, implementation methods and the structural features of the software.
