利用氧化热解实验模拟装置针对新峪煤业公司5110孤岛综放工作面采空区煤样进行了研究,绘制了CO、CO2、C2H6、C2H4等气体浓度随温度的变化曲线。经过研究和分析,确定了CO和C2H4作为该矿采空区煤炭自燃的标志性气体预测指标,从而为掌握煤炭自燃规律和制定有效合理的煤炭自燃防治措施提供了依据。
The oxidative pyrolysis experimental simulation device was used to study the coal sample in the gob of 5110 island fully mechanized caving face of XinYu Coal Company. The curves of CO, CO2, C2H6 and C2H4 gas concentrations with temperature were plotted. Through the research and analysis, CO and C2H4 are determined as the predictive indicators of the spontaneous combustion of coal spontaneous combustion in the mined-out area, which provides a basis for mastering the law of coal spontaneous combustion and making effective and reasonable measures to prevent and control spontaneous combustion of coal.
