现代教育对即将从事教育的高师学生所应具备的综合素质与能力要求在逐年提高,他们的综合能力高低直接关系到各级音乐教学岗位的教学效果,更涉及到美育教育能否的顺利实施的问题。很长时间,高师音乐教育教学一直存在“重技能”、“轻理论”的现象,造成学生的综合能力较低,难以胜任今后的音乐教学。这种状况无疑不能与现代教育理念相匹配,本文就高师音乐教育综合能力的培养问题提出几点看法与建议。
Modern education for the forthcoming education of normal college students should have the overall quality and ability requirements increase year by year, their level of comprehensive ability is directly related to the teaching of music teaching positions at all levels, but also relates to the smooth implementation of aesthetic education problem. For a long time, the teaching of music education in normal colleges and universities has always had the phenomenon of “heavy skills ” and “light theory ”, resulting in a low comprehensive ability of students and difficult to be qualified for future music teaching. This situation undoubtedly can not be matched with the concept of modern education. This article puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the cultivation of comprehensive ability of music education in normal colleges.
