用直流碳弧法在阳极石墨棒中加入αFe或αFe2O3产生碳包铁及其化合物纳米晶,研究碳包铁及其化合物纳米晶的形貌,结构特性及穆斯堡尔谱,探讨碳包Fe纳米晶的形成原因.结果表明:在碳弧法中用掺αFe阳极棒时,可产生碳包αFe,渗碳体和奥氏体纳米晶;而用掺αFe2O3阳极棒可产生碳包αFe,渗碳体、奥氏体和γFe2O3纳米晶.石墨的包裹使纳米晶特性有所不同
The carbon ferrite and its compound nanocrystals were produced by adding DCF method to anode graphite rod by direct current carbon arc method. The morphology, structural characteristics and Mossbauer spectrum of carbon ferrite and its compound nanocrystals were investigated. The formation of nanocrystals was studied.The results show that carbon αFe, carbon cementite and austenite nanocrystals can be produced by αFe anode rod with carbon arc method, whereas carbon αFe can be produced by αFe2O3 anode rod Carbon, austenite and γFe2O3 nanocrystals Graphite inclusions have different nanocrystalline properties
