将混成自动电压控制(HAVC)理论应用于电力系统可以显著提高电网的电压控制水平,增强电网抗扰动能力,改善电压稳定性,合理分配无功和减少网络损耗。首先简要介绍了HAVC系统的理论及其在东北500kV电网应用的必要性;然后,基于HAVC理论设计东北HAVC硬件体系结构,并根据绥中发电厂的实际情况设计了一套HAVC电厂调控屏。动态模拟仿真试验表明了HAVC硬件体系结构的正确性和HAVC电厂硬件装置的有效性。
The hybrid automatic voltage control (HAVC) theory applied to power system can significantly improve the voltage control level of the power grid, enhance the anti-disturbance ability of the power grid, improve the voltage stability, reasonably distribute the reactive power and reduce the network loss. First of all, the theory of HAVC system and the necessity of its application in 500kV power grid in Northeast China are briefly introduced. Then, based on HAVC theory, the HAVC hardware architecture of Northeast China is designed and a set of HAVC power plant control screen is designed according to the actual situation of Suizhong Power Plant. Dynamic simulation tests show the correctness of HAVC hardware architecture and the effectiveness of HAVC plant hardware.
