13335第四拨叉(见图1)空间形状复杂,要求比较高。我厂生产此件工艺为:3吨模锻锤上模锻、315吨切边压力机上热切边、弯曲。关键是在弯曲这一工序上,因热锻件既不好定位,又容易拉伤,锻件若变形就增加了后道工序的工作量,虽经敲敲打打,仍不能保证质量。现经反复试验和摸索,制成一种新的弯曲模(见图2),它和切边模是顺序模,同装在315吨切边压力机上。切过边的锻件放到弯曲
