近些年来,我国乡镇企业发展很快,有些乡镇企业已拥有先进的设备及管理手段,但对绝大多数乡镇企业来说,设备构成及管理水平都很低,有的即使拥有一些较先进的设备,但因缺乏行之有效的管理手段,仍然难以发挥先进设备的作用。从目前我国众多乡镇企业中的设备管理状况出发,笔者认为在乡镇企业中开展设备项目管理活动,是一种行之有效的方法。所谓设备项目管理,就是把设备管理内容分解成众多项目,然后结合企业的实际情况从中提取一些项目逐步开展。具体步骤是: 1.确定设备项目管理总目标。也就是说通过开展设备项目管理活动,在若干年内企业的设备管理水平要达到的程度。这个总目标应客观地根据企业的实际情况去制定,尤其要考虑到本企业人员素质这个重要
