过去翻译研究注重原语文本和译语文本的成败得失及翻译技巧的探讨,却经常忽略了译者主体性的研究。二十世纪七十年代翻译研究发生一些变化。随着文化转向的盛行,翻译理论研究开始把译者推向前沿。越来越多的学者开始关注翻译行为中译者的主体性。在此分析了译者主体性的内涵,以及限制译者主体性发挥的因素,以《呼啸山庄》的方平译本和杨苡译本为例,从语言的形式和结构层面、风格层面、文化层面来分析译者主体性在这两个译本中的体现。
In the past, translation studies focused on the success or failure of original and target language texts and their translation skills, but often neglected the translator’s subjectivity. Some changes have taken place in the translation studies of the 1970s. With the prevalence of cultural change, translation theory has begun to push the translator to the forefront. More and more scholars begin to pay attention to the translator’s subjectivity in translation. This paper analyzes the intension of translator’s subjectivity as well as the factors which restrict the translator’s subjectivity. Taking the translation of Wuthering Heights as the example of Fang Ping’s translation and Yang Yi’s copy, from the aspects of language form and structure, style and culture To analyze the translator’s subjectivity reflected in these two versions.
