目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在喉癌浸润转移中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测70例喉癌患者肿瘤组织和癌旁正常组织的MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-8、MMP-9、MMP-10和VEGF的表达情况,将其结果与临床和病理学资料进行统计学分析,并观察MMPs与VEGF的表达关系。结果:喉癌组织中MMPs和VEGF的表达显著高于癌旁组织,MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9、MMP-10和VEGF的表达与和肿瘤的浸润深度(T分级)密切相关(P<0.05),与原发部位和病理学分级无明显相关(P>0.05),MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9和VEGF的表达与颈淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),MMP-2和MMP-9的表达与VEGF的表达正相关(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9和VEGF可作为判断喉癌进展的生物学指标,运用MMPs和VEGF的抑制剂可望阻断肿瘤的浸润和转移,成为肿瘤治疗的新途径。
Objective: To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-10 and VEGF in tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues of 70 laryngeal cancer patients were detected by immunohistochemistry. The results of clinical and pathological data were statistically analyzed, and observe the relationship between the expression of MMPs and VEGF. Results: The expressions of MMPs and VEGF in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues. The expressions of MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-9, MMP- (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-9 and VEGF was not related to the primary site and pathological grade (P> 0.05) ), The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 positively correlated with the expression of VEGF (P <0.05). Conclusion: MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-9 and VEGF can be used as biological indicators to judge the progress of laryngeal carcinoma. Using inhibitors of MMPs and VEGF is expected to block the infiltration and metastasis of tumor and become a new way of tumor treatment.
