本文介绍了滏阳河大桥静动载试验的主要内容,包括荷载试验的准备,加载方案和测点设置,加载测试,加载控制与安全措施,动力荷载试验,试验数据分析与评定等。通过试验表明该桥承载能力满足设计要求,其动刚度和挠度均满足汽超20挂120荷载等级的要求,个别空心板裂缝的原因是实际张拉应力相对混凝土空心板壁厚过大或混凝土空心板壁厚相对实际张拉应力过薄。
This paper introduces the main contents of the static and dynamic load test of the Fuyang River Bridge, including preparation of load test, loading plan and measuring point setting, loading test, loading control and safety measure, dynamic load test, test data analysis and evaluation. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the bridge meets the design requirements. The dynamic stiffness and deflection of the bridge satisfy the requirements of 20 load ratings of 20 supercritical vehicles. The reason for the cracking of individual hollow slabs is that the actual tensile stress is too large compared with the concrete hollow slab wall thickness or the concrete hollow slab wall Thick relative to the actual tensile stress is too thin.
