一、我们的热切期待课程,从开发主体看,可以分为国家课程、地方课程和校本课程。为实现提升学生“学习素养”为核心的教育目标,国家与地方系统地安排了文化课程、活动课程、实践课程,更有隐性课程在发挥作用。同时,许多学校针对教师和学生实际,编制、实施着相应的校本课程。“学校教育,育人为本,德智体美,德育为先”。在课程方面的具体体现就是,国家课程中安排了品德与生活、品德与社会等学科,它们可谓落实小学德育目标的主阵地。
