In order to investigate the mechanism of photosensitizing effects on tumor tissue destruction, we observed the microcirculation morphology of tumors in mice with S_(180) sarcoma and C_(57) mouse lung cancer after photosensitizing with hematoporphyrin-laser irradiation.
