本文介绍了固定式交叉型气动雾化器(简称交叉型雾化器)的制作工艺,并对其雾化性能进行了初步测试,作了与同轴型气动雾化器(简称同轴雾化器)的比较实验等。实验结果表明:新制交叉型雾化器的性能良好,可用于等离子体光谱分析。
This article introduces the production process of fixed cross-type aerosol atomizer (referred to as cross-type atomizer), and its atomization performance of a preliminary test made with the coaxial aerodynamic atomizer (Coaxial atomization Device) and other comparative experiments. The experimental results show that the new cross-type nebulizer has good performance and can be used for plasma spectroscopy.
