我县疟疾发病率近十三年来,已控制在万分之一以下,但自1984年2月以来,在县城周围又连续发现疟疾患者。经流行病学调查,是由于我县二建筑公司于1983年4月组织89人到云南省河口修建公路,在云南时他们中间就有31人发病,患病率为36.00％。外出时间为90～150天,其中除三人留住云南外,余86人返回古蔺,回县后有18人复发,复发率为58.06％。
In the past 13 years, the incidence of malaria in our county has been controlled below one ten thousandth, but since February 1984, malaria patients have been continuously found around the county. The epidemiological survey was conducted due to the construction of 89 roads in the estuary of Yunnan Province in April 1983 by the two construction companies in our county. In Yunnan, 31 people were affected by the disease, with a prevalence of 36.00%. Out of time for 90 to 150 days, of which in addition to three remaining in Yunnan, more than 86 people returned to Gulin, Hui County, 18 people relapsed, the recurrence rate was 58.06%.
