我科自１９７３年１月～１９９３年１２月收治１８例先天性肠旋转不良，肠扭转发生５０％，合并畸形２７．８％，增加了病情的复杂性及严重性。指出凡有十二指肠梗阻表现的患儿应及早手术探查。
