2010年,太湖街道以“项目推进年”、“城市管理年”为重要抓手,创新思路、齐心协力、扎实工作,经济主要指标实现新增长,全年完成税收8.9亿元,一般性预算收入5.5亿元,工商两业纳税销售365亿元,固定资产投入28亿元,社区平均财力突破500万元。重大项目建设实现新突破,新东国际花园广场、华润万家超市、周新研发大厦等一批项目顺利竣工。城市建设管理实现新提升,完成拆迁签约面积49万平方米,新开工安置房59万平方米,新竣工安置房70万平方米,交付安置房5360套。
