本文研究了不同贮存条件下、不同来源华北驼绒藜种子寿命和活力的变化。实验结果表明该种子在0~5℃低温、密闭、干燥条件下贮存时,寿命最长,种子活力降低级慢,其半死期达3.5a左右,寿命延长到4a以上。而采用常温塑袋包装时,种子半死期达3a,寿命可达4a。布袋包装、常温贮存时,种子寿命半死期不足2a,贮藏3a左右后,种子完全丧失萌发能力。实验还表明良好的栽培条件产生的种子较野生种子的活力高、寿命长。两种低温贮藏理结果表明0℃以上的低温(0~5℃)较0℃以下低温(-2~-4℃)效果好。
In this paper, the changes of longevity and viability of C. armandi from different sources under different storage conditions were studied. The results showed that the seed had the longest life expectancy and the slow seed level reduction when stored at 0 ~ 5 ℃ under low temperature, airtight and dry conditions. The half-life of the seed reached 3.5a and its life span extended to above 4a. The use of plastic bags at room temperature, the half-life of the seed up to 3a, life expectancy of 4a. Bag packaging, storage at room temperature, seed life less than half-life of 2a, after about 3a storage, the seed completely lost the ability to germinate. Experiments also show that seeds grown under good cultivation conditions have higher vigor and longer lifespan than wild seeds. The results of two cryogenic storage experiments showed that the low temperature above 0 ℃ (0 ~ 5 ℃) is better than the low temperature below 0 ℃ (-2 ~ -4 ℃).
