目的本研究旨在检测MicroRNA-21(miR-21)在肾细胞癌及其相应癌旁肾实质组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理指标的关联。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR技术(RT-qPCR)对miR-21在48例不同阶段肾细胞癌和癌旁组织中的相对表达量进行检测,并分析其表达量与临床病理指标之间的关联。结果与相应癌旁组织比较,miR-21在肾细胞癌中存在显著高表达(P<0.05),平均升高倍数约13。miR-21表达水平上调与患者年龄、性别、病理类型、病理分期无关联(P均>0.05)。结论 miR-21在肾细胞癌组织中显著高表达,提示其可能在肾细胞癌的早期诊断、治疗、判断预后等方面具有重要意义。
Purpose This study aimed to detect the expression of MicroRNA-21 (miR-21) in renal cell carcinoma and its corresponding paracancer renal parenchyma and to analyze the association with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) was used to detect the relative expression of miR-21 in 48 different stages of renal cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues. The relationship between miR-21 expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results Compared with the corresponding paracancerous tissues, miR-21 was significantly higher in renal cell carcinoma (P <0.05), with an average increase of about 13. The up-regulation of miR-21 was not associated with age, sex, pathological type and pathological stage (all P> 0.05). Conclusion miR-21 is highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma, suggesting that miR-21 may play an important role in the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
