This paper mainly discusses the influences of the national standard GB / T 5599-1985, the British railway technical standard GM / RT 2141-2000 and the European standard prEN14363 (E) -2000 on the test of the derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate Requirements and definitions. In addition, the definition and standards of bogie slewing resistance are discussed.
