K6合金是在美国GMR-235D基础上研制的一种铸造镍基高温合金。我们于1965年开始研制,主要性能达到设计要求,1966年作为国内第一个以铸代锻的高温合金,推荐给涡喷型发动机制造一级涡轮叶片,经过230多小时试车考验,情况良好。K6合金还曾作为其它发动机的涡轮叶片和导向叶片,通过试车或试飞考核。近几年来,为使K6合金用作大型客机的发动机二、三级涡轮叶片,我们着重对合金的长时性能、工艺性能以及使用性能作了进一步的研究。 一、合金的化学成分 K6合金的化学成分见表1。该合金化学成分简单,不含贵重稀缺的合金元素。
K6 alloy is developed based on the United States GMR-235D developed a nickel-based superalloy. K6 alloy also used as other engine turbine blades and guide vanes, passed the test or flight test. In recent years, in order to make K6 alloy used as second-and third-stage turbine blades for large passenger aircraft, we have made further studies on the long-term performance, process performance and service performance of the alloy. First, the chemical composition of the alloy K6 alloy chemical composition shown in Table 1. The chemical composition of the alloy is simple, does not contain precious and scarce alloying elements.
