利用有限元法,对304不锈钢复合板补焊残余应力进行分析,并用试验进行了验证。在试验验证的基础上,讨论线能量对残余应力的影响。结果表明,最大焊接残余应力出现在热影响区。由于覆材和基材强度的不匹配,在基材和覆材的界面产生了不连续的应力分布,对开裂影响很大。随着线能量增加,变形增加,导致部分残余应力释放,使得残余应力降低。
The finite element method was used to analyze the residual stress of repairing welding of 304 stainless steel clad plate and verified by test. Based on the experimental verification, the influence of line energy on residual stress is discussed. The results show that the maximum welding residual stress appears in the heat affected zone. Due to the mismatch between cladding and substrate strength, discontinuous stress distribution at the interface between substrate and cladding material has a great effect on cracking. As the line energy increases, deformation increases, resulting in the release of part of the residual stress, resulting in reduced residual stress.
