针对碳纤维在加固工程应用中施加预应力不便的问题,开发出旋转式张拉与锚固机具,并且以这种新型机具为核心,开发出新的碳纤维加固技术及预应力技术,试验结果证明:使用这种新型机具施加预应力简单方便,能够较精确地定性控制施加预应力的大小,并且其锚固性能良好;相对于普通碳纤维片材的加固,该新型机具进行预应力碳纤维布加固后,混凝土梁的受力性能有了较为明显的改善。
In view of the inconvenience of prestressing carbon fiber in reinforcing engineering applications, a rotating tensioning and anchoring machine was developed. With this new machine as the core, new carbon fiber reinforced technology and prestressing technology were developed.
