最近丹麦作者对3例化工工人因接触多种化学物质引起的单纯性肝损害作了研究,提示肝损害由多种有机溶剂联合作用引起。3名工人以往体健,A、B型肝炎检查阴性。均于入厂工作2～4个月后出现疲劳、嗜睡、厌食,然后出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、尿色变深和黄疸,常规和特殊肝功能试验示肝脏明显受损。无心、肺临床症状。X线胸片、心电图、神经生理学检查均属正常。3例患者休息数周后黄疸消退。入院后,肝活检示肝小叶中央有严重出血性坏
A recent Danish study by three chemical workers about simple liver damage caused by exposure to multiple chemicals suggests that liver damage is caused by a combination of multiple organic solvents. 3 workers in the past health, A, B hepatitis test negative. Both were fatigue, lethargy, anorexia 2 to 4 months after entering the factory, followed by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dark urine and jaundice. Conventional and special liver function tests showed that the liver was significantly damaged. No heart, lung clinical symptoms. X-ray, ECG, neurophysiological examination are normal.
