本文报道应用化瘀汤为主中西医结合治疗１６３例冠心病血瘀证患者，用药前后自身对照进行血液流变学检测指标分析。结果表明：患者组其血液流变学６项指标均较正常对照组明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）；用药后各项指标显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。证明该药具有明显的解聚，抗粘和防栓作用，对防治血栓病及心血管病有重要义意。
This article reports the use of Huayu Decoction Integrative Medicine 163 cases of coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis, before and after treatment with self-control analysis of hemorheological indicators. The results showed that the six indexes of hemorrheology in patients were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), and all the indexes were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05 ~ 0.01) . Proved that the drug has significant depolymerization, anti-adhesion and anti-suppressive effect on the prevention and treatment of thrombosis and cardiovascular disease have important meanings.
