将卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG_PSN)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF_α)用于荷肉瘤(S180)小鼠的治疗。结果证明,BCG_PSN(05mg/ml)及TNF_α(1000U/ml)均能显著抑制S180实体瘤的生长,抑瘤率分别为5810%和3625%,抑瘤率与荷瘤鼠脾细胞的IL_2诱生水平呈正的直线相关。BCG_PSN还能显著延长荷S180腹水瘤鼠的存活期,生命延长率达315%。TNF可能由于它的毒副作用而使其抑瘤效果低于BCG_PSN,且与后者无协同作用。
The BCG-PSG and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) were used in the treatment of Schistosomiasis (S180) mice. The results showed that BCG_PSN (0.5 mg/ml) and TNF_α (1000 U/ml) significantly inhibited the growth of S180 solid tumors, and the tumor inhibition rates were 58. 10% and 36. 25%, respectively. The level of IL 2 induced by spleen cells was positively linear. BCG_PSN can also significantly prolong the survival of S180 ascites tumor mice, with a life extension rate of 31.5%. TNF may have lower anti-tumor effect than BCG_PSN due to its toxic side effects, and it has no synergistic effect with the latter.
