血糖异常可影响健康,特别是对儿童更可造成不良后果.为了解山区儿童的血糖情况,1995年5月在安徽金寨梅山镇为千余名儿童作健康检查时,随机对其中373人作了血糖测定.1 对象与方法1.1 对象2月~6岁儿童373人,否认既往有明显头晕、出冷汗、晕倒或多饮、多食、多尿等情况,无低血糖、糖尿病及代谢性疾病家族史,体检未见明显异常.作空腹血糖测定(餐后12小时以上)103例,作餐后2小时血糖(餐后2~5小时)测定270例.
