随着教育事业的快速发展,很多地方高职院校都出现了较大的转变。以目前的情况而言,高等职业院校的教师,必须在激励机制量化方面进行优化,从而为教师做出一个合理的调整,在各个方面达到良好配置的目的。与过往情况不同的是,现阶段的高等职业院校,获得了社会上的高度关注,很多方面的内容,都能够与专业的院校相互媲美,甚至是更胜一筹。教师方面的工作,无论出现怎样的问题,都将产生恶劣的影响。文章针对高等职业院校教师的激励机制量化展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
With the rapid development of education, many local higher vocational colleges have undergone major changes. In the current situation, teachers in higher vocational colleges must optimize the quantification of incentive mechanism to make a reasonable adjustment for teachers and achieve the purpose of good allocation in all aspects. Different from the past, the higher vocational colleges at this stage have gained much social attention and many aspects are comparable to or even superior to those of specialized institutions. Teacher work, no matter what kind of problems, will have a bad influence. This article discusses the incentive mechanism quantification of teachers in higher vocational colleges and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
