According to the Earthquake Inventory and Earth Rotation Inhomogeneity (IERS, 1992) data provided by the United States Geological Survey International Earthquake Data Center (VXDAT), the Earth’s rotation angular acceleration moduli | d (?) / Dt | The correlation coefficient between the annual earthquake numbers N (t) in different regions according to the depth distribution of the earthquakes and the special study on the extension area and the subduction zone confirm that the author (Γорькавьй, идр, 1994) previously did so according to the global seismicity The basic conclusion about N (f) and | d (?) / Dt | is correct.
