目的:建立测定血尿安胶囊中绿原酸、蒙花苷、熊果酸和盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(含1%冰醋酸)(40∶8∶52);流速:1.0ml·min-1;熊果酸检测波长:215 nm;绿原酸、蒙花苷和盐酸小檗碱检测波长:326 nm。结果:绿原酸、蒙花苷、熊果酸和盐酸小檗碱线性范围分别为0.058 68~0.880 3μg、0.349 6~5.243 6μg、0.050 79~0.761 9μg、0.219 9~3.298 1μg,线性关系良好(r值分别为0.999 7、0.999 4、0.999 5、0.999 3),平均回收率分别为97.81%,95.20%,95.49%,97.64%(n=9),RSD分别为0.9%,1.0%,0.8%,0.8%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid, lindoxin, ursolic acid and berberine hydrochloride in Xueyu An capsule. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography, Agilent Extend-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-water (containing 1% glacial acetic acid) (40:8:52); flow rate: 1.0ml·min-1; ursolic acid detection wavelength: 215 nm; chlorogenic acid, linutin and berberine hydrochloride detection wavelength: 326 nm. Results: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, linicalin, ursolic acid and berberine hydrochloride were 0.058 68-0.880 3 μg, 0.349 6-5.243 6 μg, 0.050 79-0.761 9 μg, and 0.219 9-3.298 1 μg, respectively. The r values were 0.999 7, 0.999 4, 0.999 5, and 0.999 3), and the average recoveries were 97.81%, 95.20%, 95.49%, and 97.64% (n=9), respectively. The RSDs were 0.9%, 1.0%, and 0.8%, respectively. , 0.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable.
