河南不仅是农业大省,也是人口大省,由此导致了诸多问题,比如供不应求,医疗需求增长与保障供给不足;人口流动大,河南省参合病人向县外流动的比例逐年增加。仅2011年,在县外医院就诊的参合患者以约19%的比例占用了逾42%的新农合资金。针对相关问题,河南省采取了相应措施,并取得了一定成效。 Henan is not only a major agricultural province but also a province with a large population.
