本文将快速付里叶分析(FFA)应用于迟发心室除极波(DVD)的检测,进行了模拟试验和临床研究。应用数学模型进行的模拟试验表明FFA 可检出5~10μv 的高频微弱信号。临床研究对象分为三组:(1)室性心动过速患者14例;(2)非室速的其他心脏病患者14例;(3)正常人15例。结果显示室速组(1)和对照组(2)、(3)相比,QRS 终末和ST 段频谱图的-60dB 面积明显增大(P<0.01和0.05),说明其频谱所含高频分量增多,强烈提示DVD 的存在。其敏感性和特异性分别为85.7%和80%。
In this paper, fast Fourier analysis (FFA) was applied to the detection of delayed ventricular depolarization (DVD), and the simulation and clinical studies were carried out. Simulation experiments using mathematical models show that FFA can detect 5 ~ 10μv high-frequency weak signals. Clinical studies were divided into three groups: (1) 14 cases of ventricular tachycardia; (2) 14 cases of other heart disease non-VT; (3) 15 cases of normal. The results showed that the -60dB area of QRS terminal and ST segment increased significantly (P <0.01 and 0.05) in the VT group (1) compared with the control group (2) and (3) The frequency component increases, strongly suggesting the existence of a DVD. The sensitivity and specificity were 85.7% and 80% respectively.
