本文提出运用FFT,对双路实测能谱信息在变换域中加以滤波修正,同时完成平滑及背底扣除。文中剖析了EDAX-7EM专利程序,并与诸元素特征峰及背底的谱分析相比较,获取滤波修正频窗。文中编制了双路能谱同时作滤波修正程序。试验表明:此法实现了数据压缩及零相位校正,增快了滤波速度,减小了相位滞移量,提高了分辨弱峰能力。 在分离重迭蜂时,为克服逐个分离法缺点:剥离结果与剥离次序有关,本文运用回归分析法,同时分离重迭峰。取拟合函数ym=sum from i=1 to N exp{(E_m-R(i))~2/s(i)},并引进权P=1/C_m。试验表明:此法提高了分离重迭峰的精度。
This paper proposes to use FFT to correct the double measured spectrum information in the transform domain, meanwhile to complete the smoothing and back subtraction. In this paper, the patent program of EDAX-7EM is analyzed and compared with the spectrum analysis of the characteristic peaks and the back of the elements to obtain the filtered modified frequency window. In this paper, a dual-channel energy spectrum correction filter is also made. Experiments show that this method achieves data compression and zero-phase correction, increases the filtering speed, reduces the amount of phase lag, and improves the capability of resolving weak peaks.
